[Projet 3D / Conversions] Projects for MM2
Hi guys. I'm pretty new at this modeling stuff. I've started around May 2007, but I was only active on MM2C.com. So if you guys aren't already aware of me or my models, here they are. Feel free to give me tips on how I can improve.

Hi Silent and welcome to the 3D Autos forum
That's not so bad taking into account your start 3D since may 2007. Your cars are very low poly but that's a good start
Did you think to import your car for NFS4 also ?

Actually, I had to stop modeling in July 2007 because I went on vacation and then had university open. I'm looking forward to this December break to resume modeling.
I want to increase the polycount for my cars...but if its too high, the game will slow down or lag. If you can give me some tips on how to improve my modeling, that would be great. I've seen your models and they are fantastic!
I've played many of the NFS games (1, 2, 3, 5, HP2, U1 [GBA], U Rivals [PSP]), but I've never had a chance to play NFS4. And I wouldn't know how to import for NFS 4. Maybe you can tell me how.

One tip for you:
Use more polys around the curves.
Then do 3d grilles etc...

Use more polys and try to extrude correctly them, it's by feeling ^^
About NFS, it's just a suggestion, I don't know (except Krazymond) who import cars in this game.

C'est vrai que c'est du low poly. Perso, comme l'a dit GT et Riva, je te conseil également d'utiliser plus de polys afin que tes courbes soit mieux définies et qu'il y ai plus de volumes dans tes formes. ça ne fera qu'enjoliver ton modèle. Evites également les textures comme tu fais car ça peut rendre assez moche. Enfin, comptes-tu faire un intérieur pour tes créations ?

Sympa la RX-7 Pour les pots, je te conseille de faire le creux également et non de laisser le bout plat. Pourrais-tu nosu faire des screens sans tous ces polys ? On vois pas grand chose.

C'est pas celle de fast and furious tokyo drift par hasard ? Trés jolie sinon. Quand on pense que ce kit carrosserie coûte 11.000 dollars (site veilside).... Tu vas faire l'intérieur aussi ? Pour quel jeu tu le prévois ?

Trés jolie. J'aime bien le style flouté de la première image. ça donne l'impression de grande vitesse. Dommage qu'on ne voye pas d'avantage l'intérieur.
