Mes projets : Jaguar XL Concept suv update 15+6pics pg2

Hey,
First post and presentation of on my (numerous) project...a Kenworth t2000
This update show the engine mainly but i'll make a more complete presentation later
C15 + cx 35 (automatic Caterpillar gearbox (6speed))
The engine still need some work (i need to lower the count a bit (3500 for the engine and box))
i also done the exterior (and added new feature (will be seen on each new project) ,the marking on the window )
Will be for SA and mafia atleast (maybe other games)

Premier post et presentation d'un de mes (nombreux) projet...un kenworth t2000
Cette mise a jour montre surtout le moteur mais je ferai une presentation plus complete plus tard
C15 + cx 35 (Boite automatique Caterpillar a 6 vitesses)
Le moteur a encore besoin de travail (je dois le reduire au niveau du compte polygonale (3500 pour le moteur et sa boite))
J'ai fini l'exterieur (et ajouté un nouveau detail qui sera visible sur mes prochain projets , le marquage des vitres
Il sera dans SA et mafia au moins (et peut etre d'autres)

And as i'm on the updates, i've decided to start a new project right after this one...A Honda Goldwing 1800 2007!
Why, because my father showed me this pure wonder (he just received his silver goldwing this week (friday to be more precise)) and i'm in love with it (it's a car with 2 wheels ,

airbag,GPS,Radio (i know it's not a first),etc...i saw it before but never that close and never in silver (and i love it in silver))

Et puisque je suis dans les mise a jour, j'ai decidé de démarrer un nouveau projet apres celui ci ... une Honda Goldwing 1800 2007!
Pourquoi? parce que mon pere m'a presenté cette merveille (il vient de recevoir sa goldwing couleur silver cette semaine (vendredi precisement))
je suis amoureux de cette bestiole (c'est une voiture a 2 roues : Airbag,GPS,Radio (je sais, c'est pas une premiere (en fait sur sa precedente il avait deja ca(il avait une bmw 1200R)
J'avais deja vu des Goldwing mais pas de si pres ni en silver (et je l'adore en Silver)

Jojo337 : Merci Elle est toujours en stand by malheureusement et le sera pour un petit moment (meme si j'adorerais finir ce projet (l'interieur est presque aussi beau que l'exterieur) car j'ai promis a Riva de finir la phaeton (remasterisé) et j'ai encore une conversion a finir (pour KvH DeSiGn...une 406 pour mafia)
Mais elle reste toujours dans mes projets

Thanks simple but unfortunately,not enough it will still have a little cut down because i still have to add lots of things under hood (cooling system,pipes,cables,air filter,heater,etc...)
and i count also in the polycount of engine bay the batteries (thou they aren't under the hood but under the "sideskirt")
i'm getting closer of the limit i'm suppose to respect and since it's not for me only (it's for Pumbar) i prefer to not overpass this limit (wich is already high (70000 with damage part for SA))

Volvoguy : Hey actually i'm working way less than while i was with the team so it's hard to find me and the fact i'm presenting only on 3 forums (now 4) wasn't helping but as soon as i had spare time , i was back with zmod (i feel like i will never get tired of modelling )

Yeah it will be a first for me BTW before the Goldwing, my dad had a BMW 1200R (wich is similar to the Pan european) but he almost got the pan (personnally i loved more the pan but he prefered the bmw )

it's mid high polycount and still need the interior but i'm close to the end (it take time cause i'm busy with real life and haven't too much time to spare with 3d )

C'est moyen haut polycount et j'ai encore l'interieur a finir mais c'est presque fini (ca me prend du temps car la vraie vie me prend mon temps et j'ai peu de temps qui me reste pour la 3d )

Here are the pics of a mod for mafia i'm working on, the texaco gas station still need pump,car wash stuff and details but the main building is done (and completely accessible, the place where it's situated isn't accessible normally) ,the train station is finished (only left the sign (new ark or downtown in this case)) and i've also added a few pics of models i've added (just to test) to get an idea on how it will look ingame (BTW that jag is the same as the one from my sig, so no cut (still 3d tyres) and strangely it work perfectly (no real frame rate problems...in fact less frame rate drop than with the Mercedes!!! (200k for the xk against 115 for the mercedes)

Quelques images du mod (j'ai promis a quelqu'un sur Smcars de les montrer donc je presente partout)
La pompe Texaco necessite toujours les unités de remplissage,les details du car wash et le magasin mais le building est fini

La gare est finie (hormis le panneau de la station (c'est un fichier different)
et au passage, je presente quelques modeles en jeu histoire que l'on voit ce que ca donnera une fois fini
Le modele de la Xk est la version de ma signature (donc pneus 3d et tout les details)

C'est génial ce mod ! Tu compte changer les textures (ou celles d'origines) car ce n'est pas très homogène avec le reste

Changer tout serait un peu trop pour moi seul mais je pense homogeniser un poil tout ca
je vais rendre tout ca un peu plus sale (pas seulement la stations service mais les routes aussi)

Fredzaza : Merci en fait la version high detail (elle peserait probablement le double ou le triple soit 150000...modelisation sans groupe de lissage (les normals fait via des lignes de polygones supplementaires)) ca rendait mieux mais ca va encore (cela dit,ca et le pare choc superieur sont assez polygoné)
Ca fait plaisir de revoir autant de personne que je connaisse

GT : Thank you mate wich reminds me i really should consider releasing this version (the version 1 for mafia sucked ...no damage (because no engine),textures low quality),this one ,also the Xm taxi (wich was finished for Mafia AND for SA and yet none had been released ) and the Xm US police style for SA (finished too and in 3 version (lv la and sf))

Le plugin PKG de ZM 1.07b (pour Midtown Madness 2) est limité à 60.000 vertices (mieux vaut se cantonner à 58k) pour le BODY et non pour la totalité des objets, tu peux donc avoir le corps principal de la voiture à 58k, les quatre roues pour 16k et les objets cassables, disques de freins et freins pour 16k également. Aucune limite au niveau des polys par contre. Mais bon le risque de bug 3D/textures existe quand on dépasse les 50k

GT : Unfortunately it must be Alko du 57's version (not a good conversion and done without permission) i've left the model (with proper credit) but i believe Ryder35(is it 35?) did a new conversion (better conversion) but i can't find the mail where he give me the link...
Those other conversions (Xm Taxi and Police) For SA where self made conversions, i 've just checked ,they still need a few tweaks here and there but they were close from being finished (the Mafia version need some adds (i have now new features like Reverse light and glowing (both founded by Condor (one of the admin on bar mafieuso for those who know)))

Riva : Aaah mais c'est parfait, c'est +- ce que pese le tout Merci pour l'info

MM: we can still see BTW on the presentation that Alko is credited but i'm not...Actually i said to the admin to change the author to me and Alko (permission or not, he did the job...) but after 3 mistakes they just put my name alone

Finally ,the update will be for tomorrow (i still have several things to complete, i've lost time with research as always )
