Mistakes and stupid thinks in page

In page there is wrong link to forum.
In the "video games" in MM2 the links are in different direction than in the other there is
Downloads
Screenshots

and in the other there is:
Screenshots
Downloads

Also why images are in png?? In Jpg, U'll have nearly the same quality and the files'll be much smaller. Now image in resolution 1280*1024 has 2.1 mb, in jpg it'll be less than 1 mb.
Also why don't U use thumbials ?? YOu only change size of image in html code so when you open a page eg. with 4 images you open 6 MB (pictures are resized by html code..). If uou have thumbialt it'll be about 100-200 kB

Cause on Forum I use thumbnails at least...

html: jpg gives very bad quality for big images, especially photoshop images.

I am aware of the MM2 section the downloads and screensshots are the wrong way around, but i don't want to go through every page now, I don't use thumbnails on the download pages because there is to much coding to do.


making a little thumbnail is silly, i use the big picture, usally change the coding. If i had all the pictures as thumbnails, over 10MB would be used.

weird, when i save jpg in photoshop cs2, they are quite good, not so good as png but not bad

All the time I speak about the page, not about the forum...

Gt, when U do anythong with page U think about yourself or about visitors of the page?? Maybe U should put images on imageshack ??

Using thumbials is very easy. U only make smaler image and use this code:
<a href="image">
<img src="thumbial" alt="]" border="0" width="X" height="Y"/>
it isn't difficult.. But maybe U're lazy....

On many pages there are big images in jpg and everybody see everything on them

But maybe U're lazy.... yes. o also have to model and admin this forum. i may put little preivews there but not yet.

Indeed None of them are bad. They're like the same to me, and .....

In the most programs you can set the details of the pictures
Like in PSP 9 (paint shop pro 9) you can set the compression factor for images from 1 --> 100%
Explanation:
1% compression makes your image just like a bmp of 5MB
100% compression makes your image like some blurry thing with loooow quality and a file size of 20kB

To say that JPG or JPEG is better than PNG is hard to tell, because it depends on your compression factor

JPEG, JPG = Joint Photographic Experts Group
PNG = Portable network graphix

when you convert with paint you'll get ugly pictures just use another program

Indeed, I even think Otos/Lucas has permissions to post ^^ But he doesn't... MM could also and perhaps someone like Turbo could show some kind of activity to be a member of the 3D Autos team...

Turbo does have internet at his house, his dad won't let him on it unless it is for homework, and he dosen't understand html. LOL
